One of London’s largest housing associations has promised to improve its service in the borough where the Grenfell Tower fire happened, following concerns from residents.

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) carried out its first resident satisfaction survey following its merger in December last year.

The satisfaction survey resulted in 65.2% for overall satisfaction and 5.9 out of 10 for repairs from approximately 1,000 responding residents.

Following this, the 64,000-home housing association emailed residents last week to say it is taking steps to improve its performance in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea after specific concerns were raised.
